These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nogea website, products, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Services
You may use Nogea services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with our systems except as permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Nogea retains all rights in its software, documentation, branding, and website content. Client-specific deliverables are governed by separate agreements. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Nogea intellectual property.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may affect service. Specific uptime commitments, if any, are defined in individual client contracts or service level agreements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nogea shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Nogea in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100) if no fees apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nogea is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be indicated by revising the date above.
